This program caters to the young at heart and the body that is willing. Weights, walls, chairs, bean bags, balls and bands are used to keep your mind and your body active. Body balance and strengthening is the main focus of this one hour class. Don’t forget your water!
This event occurs weekly every Tuesday (11am-12pm) and Friday (12pm – 1pm) until Friday, June 28, 2019 . *Some exceptions to the dates may occur.
